Refund policy

We have a 1 week cancellation policy, which means you can cancel your rental up to 1 week prior to the rental date to receive your full money back. 

If you wish to cancel the rental less than 1 week to the rental date or the day of, there will be no refund issued.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your rental dress for a different one, please email hello@relovedressrentals.ca, or complete the Contact submission form on the Contact page. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve processed the cancellation and  you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
